The Space Closing report is a media traffic report designed to show by due date when the space closes at the media vendor. The report is run by a date range for space closings and shows the closing date, publication/station, estimate/plan #, client code, ad size, and name of ad, materials due date and estimate/plan status.

A traffic report showing upcoming materials & space closing due dates from insertion orders and broadcast orders.

Media Job List

The Media Job List provides a listing of jobs by media type by client. The list includes job number, job name, the A/E responsible, due date, status/next steps, and status notes.
